Hawkland Surveying very promptly responded by telephone to me initial inquiry, and after a brief telephone conversation, responded again, just a promptly, with a written proposal. They very satisfactorily answered some questions I had about the written proposal, and I accepted it. The project had a very short fuze, and Hawkland completed it a day early.
